We are busy rehearsing our Christmas concert. We are really enjoying learning all the new Christmas songs.
We will open our Advent calendar everyday now until we finish for the holidays. We have a beautiful Advent wreath in our classroom. We have lit one purple candle so far and we will continue to light the candles as the weeks go on. It is a wonderful, calming presence in the classroom.
We have focused a lot on report writing this term. It was quite enjoyable learning all about different things. We have done reports on the following topics so far:
cows
dolphins
trains
schools
rabbits
gorillas
Halloween
penguins
Winter

We sent off our Christmas Shoeboxes and hopefully lots of children will have wonderful presents to open. We love helping others.
